My Onkyo TX-NR609 suddenly lost all audio output, turns out its a known fault with this particular models HDMI card. I no longer have my receipt but seeing as this is appears to be a common fault in these unit I would like to get my unit repaired. Can you please contact me on this?
I have an Onkyo TX-NR609 and the hdmi connection has malfunctioned for a while. And now finally it seems to have broken down totally. I have picture but no sound. As this happens to be a common problem I wonder how to get in contact with support to fix this issue.

Hello there. We have a TX-NR609. When trying to connect our recently purchased Panasonic AX802B 4k TV, we cannot get the sound from the TV to output through the amp. We have the tv arc setting selected and the amp set to tv/cd and we are using gold plated 4k hdmi cable. Would appreciate any advice you can offer.Many thanks in advance.
Hello Onkyo, my TX-NR609 seems to be affected by the "No sound, no network, no Firmware update"-issue that I see many more posts about. Something with the HDMI board maybe. Can you help me fix this?
i have a TX NR609 which now has no sound. ive contacted your support team and been given a ticket#2015020310000543 and a link to authorised service points. I was told to use the link to check if my receiver is in this program but I cant see anything to say if it is or isn't. Ive sent another email but just not getting any replies now. come on Onkyo what is the procedure & cost to get this fixed?

Hello,It looks like i'm having the same problems like most people with my exactly 3 year old ONKYO TX-NR609. I am having problems with no sound, no speaker icons and no Network. It looks like an familiar problem, when i Googled it a lot of these problems pop-up. Not very positive about this Reciever....and i was so happy with it!Please could I be contacted by Onkyo UK customer service to have the HDMI board replaced?
